| Answer | In most cases, this results from inaccurate model geometry.
This restriction can already be checked in ProE:
If this check button is enabled, ProE alredy knows about geometric errors in the actual part. Detailed info is available in text format. Features causing errors can be highlighted and easily found in the part. Currently it seems as if all models which ProE regards as correct (i.e. the button Geom. Check in ProE's user interface is disabled) do transfer to SolidDesigner without any problem and can be converted to valid solids. This has to be verified with more complex but correct ProE models.
