Subject: Startup problems related to user customization folders ?
If you ever encounter any startup problems with Creo Elements/Direct
Modeling - which are not related to licensing issues - try to delete the users
customizations folder and see if your problem is solved.
If there are problems with the customizations in this folder, Creo will not come
up correctly.
Even you would uninstall and reinstall Creo, this problem will remain since Creo
will not remove your customizations while uninstalling itself.
Find your Creo user's Appdata folder (show hidden folders in Windows if
necessary) and delete the following folder.
At the next start, Creo will create this folder automatically if not found !
